What is Ticket Assurance?

Ticket Assurance allows you to cancel or reschedule your tickets up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure, for any reason. Whether your schedule shifts or something unexpected comes up, we’re here to help make it easy.

What If I Don’t Purchase Ticket Assurance?

Without Ticket Assurance, guests can only reschedule or refund their ticket up to 72 hours before departure. If there’s a chance your plans may change, Ticket Assurance is the best way to ensure full flexibility and protection.

How It Works

  1. You’ll be given the option to opt out of Ticket Assurance during checkout.
  2. If your plans change, simply contact us (call 888-467-6256 or text 833-997-5257) at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
  3. Choose to either cancel your ticket or reschedule for a later date.
  4. Enjoy peace of mind – simple as that.
  5. A 10% non-refundable fee will be charged for all opt-in Ticket Assurance purchases.
