Experience an eco-friendly haven outside of New York City Located in Jersey City, in New Jersey it has a backdrop of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Visitors who travel to the park can access it by vehicle or from a Statue City Cruises Ferry. Liberty State Park is the only location in New Jersey with ferry service to Statue of Liberty and the Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration.

The park is home to many attractions including outdoor adventures. The park is also home to the Central Railroad of the New Jersey Terminal and the Liberty Science Centre. Visitors who visit the park will discover the ‘Empty Sky’ a 9/11 Memorial that pays tribute to the 749 people who worked in New York City that commuted from New Jersey and lost their lives to the tragedy of 9/11. Individual names are placed across the 210 feet long replicated World Trade Center Towers.
