チケットアシュアランスでは、ご出発予定時刻の24時間前まで、いかなる理由でも航空券のキャンセルや日程の変更が可能です。予定が変更になった場合でも、予期せぬ事態が発生した場合でも、ご安心ください。

What If I Don’t Purchase Ticket Assurance?
チケットアシュアランスがない場合、お客様はご出発の72時間前までしか航空券の変更または払い戻しができません。ご予定が変更になる可能性がある場合は、航空券保証をご利用いただくことで、柔軟な対応が可能です。
How It Works
- You’ll be given the option to opt out of Ticket Assurance during checkout.
- If your plans change, simply contact us (call 888-467-6256 or text 833-997-5257) at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
- Choose to either cancel your ticket or reschedule for a later date.
- Enjoy peace of mind – simple as that.
- A 10% non-refundable fee will be charged for all opt-in Ticket Assurance purchases.
