Services

Wheelchairs

Niagara City Cruises provides wheelchairs on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.  There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for on-site use only.  It is recommended that guests bring their own wheelchair or scooter.

Several hotels in Niagara Falls have purchased their own scooters and/or have wheelchairs they loan to guests.  It is recommended that guests enquire at the time of booking.

Accommodations

Haiwan Perkhidmatan

Niagara City Cruises welcomes guide dogs or service animals on our premises.  The service animal is required to accompany the guest at all times.  The guest is responsible for their service animal while on our premises.

Service animals are defined as being visibly apparent that the customer requires the animal for reasons relating to a disability.  If it is not visibly apparent that the animal is a service animal, Niagara City Cruises will request documentation from the guest (i.e. identification card) confirming that the guest requires the animal for reasons relating to a disability.

All other animals and pets are not permitted on Niagara City Cruises property.

Support Person

We understand that some of our guests may require the assistance of a Support Person.  When a guest with a disability is accompanied by a Support Person, the Support Person will receive a complimentary ticket for admission.  Complimentary admission is limited to one Support Person per guest and to our Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour.  For other products, the Support Person will be charged the regular fare.

Designated Seating

Our Catamaran boats and Funicular offer designated seating for those guests with mobility issues.  Visible decals are used to identify the designated seating areas.
