What If I Don’t Purchase Ticket Assurance?

How It Works

  1. You’ll be given the option to opt out of Ticket Assurance during checkout.
  2. If your plans change, simply contact us (call 888-467-6256 or text 833-997-5257) at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
  3. Choose to either cancel your ticket or reschedule for a later date.
  4. Enjoy peace of mind – simple as that.
  5. A 10% non-refundable fee will be charged for all opt-in Ticket Assurance purchases.
