City Experiences Rewards is a points-based rewards program in which each qualifying purchase made with City Experiences allows members to earn 1 point for every $1 spent. For every 10 points a member has, they can redeem them for $1 off their next qualifying purchase! The same ratio applies if you’re purchasing in £, €, or any other available currency. A: You can sign up for a City Experiences Rewards account on the My Account page. You will be sent an email where you must confirm your identity to join. You can also sign-up during checkout while making a qualifying purchase. Make sure to opt into the program when prompted prior to completing your purchase. You can also sign up and earn points for purchases made on the City Experiences mobile app, in person at a point-of-purchase, and through our contact center.
