Spring is in the air, and activities are in full swing in the San Francisco Bay area. There are Easter egg hunts, exciting bunny brunches, train rides, festivals, and more throughout Berkeley. エッグハントは小さな子供だけのものではありません。 バークレー・ティーン・フラッシュライト・エッグ・ハント at Grove Park on Friday, April 3, 2026, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. A special egg hunt in the dark includes glow-in-the-dark eggs. Bring your flashlights and a bag to carry your prizes. You won’t want to miss this event because the prize is a Nintendo Switch!

Next up is a Spring Egg Hunt Extravaganza at Cesar Chavez Park on Saturday, April 4th, 2026, at 9:30 am. Join in on the annual fun hosted by the City of Berkeley, where entire families can hunt for eggs together, enjoy a petting zoo, visit the Spring Bunny, take part in some spring-themed art activities, and take some Bunny Hop dance lessons at the kids’ carnival. Youth participants will receive a basket to collect their goodies. There is also a scavenger hunt for the big kids, ages 11 and up. Egg hunts are broken down by age, so check the times. You do not want to miss all the fun.

Get ready for something a little different with a
“Dinosaur Eggscavation” with the Eggster’s 32nd Annual Egghunt and Learning Festival. Registration is limited, so make sure to sign up quickly. This is the largest annual egg hunt in the Bay Area, and it is free! There will be many educational activities, booths, performances, and egg hunts to inspire young children to pursue higher education. This year’s theme is all about getting kids to engage in the wonders of dinosaurs. Hop on over to these events to get in on the fun.

Here comes the Easter Bunny, and he’s arriving by helicopter! Bring the entire family to Hiller Aviation Museum for an experience like no other on Saturday, April 19th, and get them excited about Easter with face painting, obstacle courses, and model trains. Overachieving parent alert! Take your kids for a real steam-powered locomotive ride, complete with a visit from the Easter Bunny as you cruise to and from the Santa Cruz Mountains.
